• Stonemade offers a design service to customise its products to meet clients' needs and specifications.
  
• In addition to standard collections, Stonemade also accepts bespoke and made-to-measure requests where feasible.
  
• A design fee is applicable to all custom, bespoke, and made-to-measure requests and shall be communicated during the quotation process.
  
• Lead times, pricing, and feasibility for custom or bespoke pieces are determined on a project-by-project basis and communicated during the quotation and order process.
  
• Once specifications, drawings, dimensions, or approvals associated with a custom order have been confirmed, they shall be considered final for production purposes.

• Every Stonemade piece is shaped from natural stone and crafted through a combination of precision manufacturing and skilled craftsmanship.
  
• Variations in colour, veining, texture, movement, mineral deposits, porosity, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of the material and form part of its unique identity.
  
• As no two blocks of stone are identical, exact replication between pieces cannot be guaranteed and such variations shall not be considered defects.
  
• Subtle variations arising from hand-finishing and craftsmanship are part of the character of the piece and should be appreciated as an expression of the making process.

• All designs, forms, collections, visual identities, and creative works created by Stonemade are the exclusive intellectual property of the studio.
  
• No design, piece, concept, or content may be reproduced, replicated, adapted, referenced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Stonemade.
  
• This applies to all photography, drawings, sketches, digital assets, samples, and physical forms associated with the Stonemade name.
